Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

If you are not sure about compatability or you want us to check that you have got all the bits & pieces add items to the shopping cart & in the checkout click on quote. We will then check you selection & e-mail you a quote.

Shipping And Handling The price quoted is the price you pay on all items above £100, below this amount will incur a small order charge of £10.00,this applies to mainland England & Wales, a carriage charge may apply to some parts of Scotland depending on location & the nature of the goods ordered. If you live in Scotland please enter order & select payment method "details sent separately". We will contact you to advise if carriage applies & if so how much. We will not process you order without your permission.

Delivery Schedule Delivery times vary, single item orders may be delivered within a couple of days. On all orders we will advise within 48 hours on expected delivery date. Orders are delivered from a local depot & we can normally deliver any day Monday to Friday that is convenient to you. We also confirm by phone or e-mail the day before arranged delivery day to let you know the goods will be delivered.

Tax Charges All prices quoted are the price you pay

Credit Card Security For your security we use a credit card payment service provider, this means when you make a payment you connect direct to them via a secure payment gateway. We never see your credit card details so security is enhanced.

You get confirmation of successful payment on-line & a confirmation email.

Guarantee In the unlikely event of goods being delivered faulty or damaged these will be collected & exchanged free of charge.

Please check goods & notify us within three days.

Please remove packaging to check for damage & replace to protect the products until they are installed.

This will avoid any problems on installation day.

Orders may be cancelled before delivery except items which are made to order such as whirlpool & spa baths. We will advise of any such products.

You have a seven day "cooling off Period " after delivery, goods which are not required can be returned providing they are in their original packing & this is intact. Please advise & we will arrange collection. This does not apply to items made to order as above.

If you wish to return goods after the "cooling off period" a restocking charge of 25% will apply.
